By accessing or using Artist Network (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Artist Network is a private platform that connects music artists with video editors (“editors”) to create short-form content. The Service provides campaign management, asset distribution, view tracking, and payout processing.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Access to the platform is invite-only and subject to approval.
You may register using the account access methods we make available in the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

All assets provided through the Service (music, videos, branding) are licensed to you solely for the purpose of creating approved campaign content. You may not redistribute, sell, or use assets outside the scope of the assigned campaign. Any clips you create remain your original work, but you grant the artist a perpetual, royalty-free license to use and promote those clips.
Earnings are calculated per approved clip using a single weighted-impression CPM formula: weighted impressions = views + (2 × likes) + (5 × comments) + (10 × shares), and earnings = (weighted impressions ÷ 1,000) × $1.00. Engagement weights are anchored to public TikTok algorithm-reach data — a share drives ~10× the downstream reach of a passive view, a comment ~5×, and a like ~2× — so engagement isn't a separate bonus, it literally produces more impressions, and we pay per impression. A clip must reach at least 10,000 views to qualify, payable views per clip are capped at 500,000, and per-clip earnings are capped at $5,000. Editors may submit up to 3 clips per day (resets at midnight UTC). Payouts are released once an editor's accrued balance reaches $50. We reserve the right to withhold payment for submissions or views that violate our review standards, including artificial traffic, bot views, music mismatches, or other fraud.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you will immediately cease.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artist Network and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
